Nelson's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of employment, civil rights, and governmental liability. Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, he was in private practice in Kansas City, Missouri.
While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Nelson had two judicial internships, as well as a prosecutorial internship. He also served as Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy.
