| Fabert has experience in mass tort litigation, including the defense of toxic shock syndrome cases, asbestos cases, DES and other pharmaceutical litigation. He has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. In recent years, he has successfully litigated constitutional issues arising from Kansas tort reform legislation and has testified on behalf of the Kansas Bar Association in favor of tort reform legislation. He regularly advises a number of major insurance companies on insurance coverage questions.
