Middleton focuses his litigation practice on municipal, construction, and personal injury defense. He regularly defends municipalities, businesses, and individuals in the State and Federal Courts of Missouri and Kansas against claims ranging from civil rights violations to general negligence actions. Middleton graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law where, in addition to his Juris Doctor, he received the school’s Certificate in Dispute Resolution.
