Mock joined the firm after being admitted to the Kansas Bar
in the Spring of 2004. She has been involved in a variety of
complex litigation cases, ranging from government liability
to construction law. Mock has actively participated in taking
depositions, conducting discovery and writing and arguing
motions, both in federal and state courts.
Mock’s practice focuses on defense of government entities
including counties, cities, and school districts against claims
involving employment law, civil rights and general torts.
She litigates cases in the state and federal courts
of Kansas and Missouri.
