Seck has litigation experience in Missouri, Kansas and Texas in the
areas of construction, employment, environmental, insurance, personal
injury, product liability, governmental liability and professional
negligence law in state and federal courts. He has represented clients
as a lobbyist before the Kansas legislature on issues involving
interstate commerce.
