Dudley Smith

Smith has litigation experience in product liability, vehicular accident, medical, pharmacy and legal malpractice, business, real estate, construction, city and municipal liability and business law cases in state and federal courts. He has spoken on areas of pharmacy, legal malpractice and medical malpractice law, discovery and trial practice at various legal seminars. Smith has presented positions on legislative matters to the Kansas Legislature. He is past chairman of the Legislation Committee of United States Swimming and past chairman of Missouri Valley Swimming. He served on the board of directors and the advisory board of Florence Crittenton Services of Topeka.

Smith mediates civil cases in state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri. He has more than 40 years’ litigation experience in products liability, vehicular accident, medical, pharmacy and legal malpractice, business, real estate, construction, municipal liability and business cases in state and federal courts. Smith has been recognized since 1991 as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation. He has lectured in the areas of pharmacy, legal malpractice and medical malpractice law, discovery and trial practice at various legal seminars.
